I have been writing and delivering Learning & Development packages to a wide variety of organisations for over ten years now, which has seen me working with employees of all levels; from retail stockroom operatives, to directors of multi-billion pound organisations. Clients have included Harrods of London and Merlin Entertainments, to name but a couple. My experience in the corporate sphere, coupled with my Performing Arts training and experience, has allowed me to distill the key qualities and behaviours that define memorable and impactful interactions, and find effective ways of using this to train others.
